We are a division of Allied Virtual Office Assistants focused on supporting local/municipal governments with their information technology (IT) and computing needs. We assist in implementing technology solutions to help streamline the day-to-day functions of local government.
We accomplish this by any or all of the following:
- Providing managed services for antivirus, backup, equipment monitoring, patch management, etc.
- Performing or assisting in needs assessment for software, hardware or networking solutions
- Researching and implementing appropriate IT related solutions
- Offering purchase assistance or being a one-stop shop for all your IT related needs
- Policy Development (IT, Technology, Computing)
- Managing online presence (e.g., website, social media, etc.)
- Serving as the Virtual CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for the agency
- Help desk support
